The coaching approach I have developed allows us to face complex life situations with a new perspective, a new inner strength. Through techniques such as: EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), inner child healing, questioning, creative writing, visualization, affirmations, guided meditations, OLHT (One Light Healing Touch) energy work, as well as other innovative approaches, we become aware of our habits, our fears, our limiting beliefs, our past traumas, and the memories buried deep in the subconscious that affect our behaviors and reactions.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)

Quantum Healing Hypnosis is about accessing your own inner wisdom and healing potential through an exploration of Consciousness. Indeed, everyone unknowingly holds a fabulous power of creation, will and healing. The body is capable of self-healing, but we are often limited by beliefs and traumas from the past lodged in our unconscious memories.

OLHT (One Light Healing touch)

An unbalanced energy is often the source of physical and emotional pain. Energy healing helps to balance and directly stimulate the flow of vital energy, allowing the body to heal itself. It is a holistic approach that addresses the origin and causes of disorders. Energy healing can be practiced on people of all ages. Animals are also very receptive to it.
